Will comes from a family of educators, and that passion for teaching and service is at the core of everything he does. From an early job as a bank teller, to his time managing service-learning programs in college, his exposure to finances and service was a natural path to a career in financial planning.
Will’s career has always been driven by one belief: financial planning is ultimately about service—helping families not only build the assets to achieve their goals, but truly understand the planning behind them. He specializes in bringing together technical expertise and human understanding, helping clients navigate not just the numbers, but also the behaviors, beliefs, and family dynamics that influence their decisions.
Will works extensively with clients on retirement transitions, estate and tax planning, and the behavioral side of wealth management. Will is a graduate of Bentley University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Finance-Economics and a graduate degree in Financial Planning and Taxation. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has also completed advanced training in client psychology through an executive program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Will is committed to giving back to the community through the Financial Planning Association (FPA), providing pro bono financial planning through a partnership with Dana Farber and mentoring the next generation of advisors through the FPA’s mentor program.
Outside of Stage Harbor, Will enjoys an active life with his wife Michelle and their two young children, Rosalie and Austin. Whether skiing, hiking, or playing at the beach, he values time spent outdoors together. A lifelong music lover, he rarely misses a Bruce Springsteen or Pearl Jam concert and enjoys reading across philosophy, leadership, and behavioral psychology.
